Transportation to and from Airport

Depending on the time of your arrival (and departure) it may be possible to arrange common transfers (with other guests) from and to the airport. So, please send us information regarding your flights by using our RSVP page, so we can arrange accordingly.

The ANDANTE card is the only travel title that enables you to travel on the Metro do Porto network.
It can be also used in the STCP lines, in busses and in the urban trains of CP Porto.

The lines 601, 602 and 604 of the STCP company connect the Airport to Porto city centre.

Transportation to and from Hotel Casa Branca

> Metro

There's no direct metro connection to Hotel Casa Branca.

Coming from the Airport and after arriving to the Trindade metro station (city center) or Casa da Música (in Boavista area), you can take a taxi or bus (see below for details).

Taxis
All taxis are equipped with a taximeter, and the fare charged is limited to the amount displayed on the meter. A receipt must be given to the passenger(s): it is compulsory!

The price of a taxi journey is based on four passengers (ie, a taxi ride with 4 will pay the same as with 1).

Any tipping is left to the passenger's discretion.

Possible surcharges

- A surcharge of 20% is applied on the following periods: weekends and public holidays; working days between 21H00 and 06H00 (surcharge automatically calculated by the taximeter).

- Motorway toll charges are to be paid by the passenger.
- The request of a taxi service via a central dispatch or by telephone can be increased with a fee as of 0,80€.
- A fee as of 1,60€ will be charged for the transportation of luggage exceeding 55cm x 35cm x 20cm
- The transportation of cribs, prams and wheelchairs is free of charge.
